Generals Quarters Rescheduling Fee

In the event of inclement weather, Generals Quarters reservations may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the reservation date, based on availability, to any date in the next 6 months without penalty.

If you wish to change the date of your reservation due to a non-weather related reason, it must be done more than 24 hours before the start of your reservation and there is a $50 rescheduling fee.

To reschedule due to a non-weather related reason:

1. Please book and pay for the new date you would like to reserve through our website: /Visit/Generals-Quarters-Reservations
2. Pay the rescheduling fee. In the notes at checkout for the scheduling fee, please indicate what new date you have selected.
3. Upon receipt of the fee, we will issue a refund for the original reservation. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected]
