The 2019 Petit Manseng has a bright nose, sweet with the aromas of fresh pineapple, dried apricot and honey. A balanced acidity throughout keeps the wine crisp and lingering, with notes of pineapple, dried apricot and tart key lime on the palate.
The Petit Manseng grapes were hand-picked and immediately de-stemmed and pressed. The juice was transferred into stainless steel tanks for temperaturecontrolled fermentation. After fermentation, the wine was aged in stainless steel, cold stabilized, fined with clay, filtered and bottled.
