The nose of the 2019 Barrel Select Cabernet Sauvignon is rich with the scents of caramel, vanilla, and ripe, dark Bing cherries. The palate is reminiscent of dark berry flavors with just a hint of spiced cinnamon and sassafras. This wine has a long, lingering finish.
De-stemmed, crushed, and macerated for six weeks in stainless steel under temperature controlled conditions with frequent pump overs. Fermented and aged in 100% French Oak barrels for 8 months. Wine was racked/returned throughout the aging process to ensure optimum oxygenation.

This wine pairs perfectly with grilled meats such as a juicy prime rib or burger, beef short ribs, and roasted or grilled lamb, as well as mushrooms, all manner of cream sauces, and soft cheeses such as bleu cheese, Havarti, and Brie.
