The Vidal Blanc and Traminette grapes were hand-picked and immediately de-stemmed and pressed. The juice was transferred into stainless steel tanks for temperature-controlled fermentation. After fermentation, the wine was aged in stainless steel, cold stabilized, fined with clay, filtered and bottled.
