The 2018 Petit Manseng features wonderful aromas of honey, dried pineapple, and mango. Its mouthwatering acidity is beautifully balanced by notes of green apple, papaya, and lychee on the palate.
The Petit Manseng grapes were hand-picked and immediately de-stemmed and pressed. The juice was transferred into stainless steel tanks for temperature-controlled fermentation. After fermentation, the wine was aged in stainless steel, cold stabilized, fined with clay, filtered and bottled.
