Petit Manseng grapes were sourced from Silver Creek Orchards in Tyro, VA
The Petit Manseng grapes were hand-picked from both vineyards in September 2017, and immediately de-stemmed and pressed. The juice was transferred into stainless steel tanks for temperature controlled fermentation. After fermentation and filtration, the wine was aged in a combination of stainless steel under cold stabilized conditions until bottling on March 28th, 2018.
