Food Pairing Notes
The 2015 Merlot pairs well with lightly grilled meats such as pork chops, rack of lamb, and hamburger as well as roasted root vegetables. Aged cheeses and sharp cheddar pair beautifully with this year’s Merlot as well.

Tried this at our last tasting and was impressed with this one. A really nice bottle of wine.

I like dry reds that pair well with cheese and the Merlot is my go-to these days.

I have been a life long Merlot fan and this one has become one of my favorites. Excellent quality with a smooth, but dry, finish.

This wine is excellent with a well-cooked steak. It is well-balanced to compliment meat and cheese or can be drunk alone.

The best Merlot in America, as good as more expensive California or Washington State Merlots. The spice greets you but does not dominate the rich Merlot taste. I am a Bordeaux fan who absolutely loves Bull Run Merlot. 5 stars.
