Welcome! Thank you for becoming a part of The Winery at Bull Run’s wine clubs. To help you make the most of your membership, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with all the policies regarding your membership.
As a member, you agree to all terms and conditions of membership. By becoming a member, you verify that you or the recipient of the club is at least 21 years of age. You agree to a one-year membership and authorize The Winery at Bull Run to charge your credit card four times per year (March, June, September, November). Due to system constraints, we are only able to have one name and one corresponding email on the membership; benefits are non-transferable.
It is your responsibility as the member to notify The Winery at Bull Run of any changes to credit card or billing/shipping address two weeks prior to the billing date noted below. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes after billing. You will receive an email on the billing date of each club shipment noting important dates and details of your shipment.
The club releases will be charged to the credit card on file on the billing date listed below. It is your obligation to update your credit card information online or by phone 703-815-2233 ext. 4 prior to the billing date. The Winery at Bull Run is not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments or changes made after the deadline.
Club wine purchases, tax, and shipping are non-refundable once they have been processed. Costs may change without notice.

Due to federal law requiring all wine shipments to be signed for by a person at least 21 years of age, a daytime delivery address, preferably a business address, is requested. Shipments handled by UPS cannot be delivered to PO, FPO, APO, or IPO boxes.
We are currently able to accept membership applications and ship to customers residing in: AK, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, LA, MA, MD, MN, NC, NV, NH, NY, OR, PA, SC, VA, and WV.
If your shipment is returned to The Winery at Bull Run, you agree to an additional $30 shipping and handling fee to re-ship the wine. The Winery at Bull Run will make two shipping attempts via UPS before the wine will be disposed of and you will forfeit the value of the shipment. The quality of wine cannot be guaranteed after first shipping attempt.
Due to space constraints, your wine will be available for pickup from the winery for 12 days following the billing date during the designated club pickup period days and hours listed above. If not picked up during this period, your wine will be carefully packed and shipped to the billing address on file. You will be billed applicable taxes and shipping fees ($15/distribution).
Wines are selected by our winemaker for the wine clubs and no substitutions are allowed.
You may place your membership “on hold” with a written notice to email@example.com at least 5 days prior to a club month. Please note that a hold on your membership also suspends all club benefits.
The Winery at Bull Run Wine Club memberships require a one-year commitment. Cancellation requests must be made at least 30 days in advance of your membership anniversary date to avoid automatic renewal. Requests may also be made at least 30 days in advance of the quarterly billing date to ensure you are not charged for the next order. Cancellations of any kind will not be considered without an explicit written or verbal request. Written cancellations may be made via email to the Wine Club Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that a $100 cancelation fee will be applied if membership is canceled before receiving the minimum required four quarterly orders.
